ProTranslator provides certified sworn translation, apostille, and legalization coordination services for personal, legal, academic, and business documents. Service scope, pricing, and turnaround times are confirmed with you before a request is processed.

You are responsible for ensuring that the documents you submit are accurate, complete, and lawfully yours to submit. You must provide correct contact and delivery information so we can process and return your order.
4. Payments
Fees are communicated prior to confirmation of a request. Orders are processed once payment has been received through one of our supported payment methods.

Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide and may vary depending on document complexity, language pair, and third-party processing steps such as apostille or embassy legalization, which are outside our direct control.
